In Genesis 17:4-8 we can read of Abraham as "the father of many nations." V. 5,"No longer shall your name be called Abram, but your name shall be Abraham; for I have made you a father of many nations." Galatians 3:8-9 clarifies even more:"And the Scripture, foreseeing that God would justify the Gentiles by faith, preached the gospel to Abraham beforehand, saying, "In you all the nations shall be blessed." So then those who are of faith are blessed with believing Abraham."
What does this mean to us? Abraham is the father of the Gentiles! God knew the Jews would reject God's Son and Messiah, Jesus Christ! Have you rejected God and His Son??? There is still time for unbelieving Jews to receive Jesus Christ into their hearts! There is still time for you to accept God's salvation in Jesus Christ!
